  1.         FILEQ is a program that "queues" a list of text files to the printer.
  2. We are very proud of the cross-referenced, indexed, context-sensitive pop-up
  3. HELP system that comes with FILEQ.  Pressing <F1> at any time in FILEQ
  4. will put the HELP window on the screen.
  5.  
  6.         FILEQ is a large .EXE file because the HELP text has been linked
  7. to the .exe file.  Thus you really have only one file to worry about.  You
  8. don't have to worry about .hlp files tagging along, etc.  The other files
  9. in this archived package are superflous to the operation of FILEQ.

  11.         FILEQ is "hot-key" driven.  A menu was added as an after-thought.
  12. The menu is slower, but every bit as functional as the hot-keys.  The hot
  13. keys are disabled when the menu is activated.
  14.  
  15.         There are a couple of minor bugs that sometimes cause brief
  16. error messages and a beep to occur usually at the completion of a menu
  17. function.
  18.        The errors are not serious and they do not cause the program to
  19. stop functioning or to dysfunction in any way that I know of.  They just
  20. cause an error message to appear momentarily and then it disappears.
  21. I have not been able to track down the source of these errors, but in
  22. that they are not disruptive or dysfunctional, I have released this
  23. program for general public use.  If you get any good ideas about why
  24. these silly things appear, PLEASE let me know.  I'll fix them and then
  25. release an upgraded version.  If you don't use the menu, you won't
  26. see these occur.
